Can I provide my own item for embroidery?

At this time, we are not accepting personal items for embroidery.

How do I wash embroidery?

Turn inside out before washing

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle

Avoid bleach or harsh detergents

Lay flat or hang to dry (avoid the dryer if possible)

If ironing is needed, place a cloth over the embroidery and use low heat

Can I pick up an order in person?

Yes! We offer in-person pickup for customers in the Cartersville, GA area. Just shoot us an email at willowandthornembroidery@gmail.com to arrange your pick-up order.

Can I place a special order?

We’re happy to accommodate custom words or phrases—just email us with your desired details!

Please note: at this time, we are not accepting custom orders that include logos.

When do I need to pay for a special order?

Once a design is approved by both the customer and Willow & Thorn, we’ll email you a Shopify invoice. Payment is required before we begin production, as all items are made to order. Once your payment is processed, we’ll get started on your order and ship it out promptly.
