Turnaround Time
We are a made-to-order small business, and each item is stitched with care just for you. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.
If a specific blank, color, or size needs to be restocked from our supplier, processing times may extend to up to 2 weeks. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we continue to grow!

Days of Operation
Our customer support hours are Tuesday–Friday. Saturday–Monday are reserved for production, fulfillment, and family time, so messages may not be actively monitored.
We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Return Policy
All of our pieces are made to order, created just for you.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns at this time. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small business as we grow!

Personal Items
At this time, we are not accepting personal items for embroidery.

Embroidery Care and Washing
1. Turn inside out before washing
2. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
3. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents
4. Lay flat or hang to dry (avoid the dryer if possible)
If ironing is needed, place a cloth over the embroidery to protect stitching and use low heat.

After we review your request and confirm the design together, we’ll send a Shopify payment link. Because each item is made to order, we’ll start production once payment is received.
