If the item you ordered is in stock, your order will typically ship within 2-4 business days. However, if a restock from our wholesaler is needed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship.

At this time, we are not accepting personal items for embroidery.

1. Turn inside out before washing

2. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle

3. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents

4. Lay flat or hang to dry (avoid the dryer if possible)

If ironing is needed, place a cloth over the embroidery to protect stitching and use low heat
